Course Payment and Refund Policy
At Direct Hit Firearms Training, we aim to make the payment and scheduling process as straightforward as possible. Please review the following guidelines for tuition payments and refunds.
Payment Options
Class tuition is due in advance of the class date and can be paid securely through our SQUARE website link. We accept:
- Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover
- Bank Debit Cards
- Checks: Must be received at least 7 days before the class date
Refund Policy
- Tuition Fees are Non-Refundable: If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, you may reschedule for another session.
- Rescheduling Limitations: You may reschedule up to two (2) times within a 30-day period. If you fail to show more than twice, your tuition fee will be permanently forfeited, and a new fee will be required for future attendance.
Course Changes or Cancellations
We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason. Additionally:
- Course dates and locations may change due to enrollment numbers, weather, or other uncontrollable events.
- If a course is canceled or postponed, you’ll have the opportunity to reschedule without any penalties.
